RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Every piece of art sold by IvyRose Photography is “made to order,” which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, IvyRose Photography does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders.

As soon as you place your order, we get to work. Therefore, we are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately via the contact form below.




Damaged Art


On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping. If one or more of your products arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form below immediately. Once we email you please send detailed photos of the damaged product AND packaging. In cases where a product has been damaged during transit, IvyRose Photography may elect to replace or refund the damaged product after reviewing the damage on a case by case basis.


If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) Photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage and all packaging.

2) Photos of damaged products must be received by IvyRose Photography within 24 hours of the delivery date of the applicable order.

3) Replacement of a damaged product may take up to 30 business days to complete.

4) The delivery of a replacement product is subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping times. 




MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER


You may request to cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase.  

To UPDATE or CANCEL your order, please fill out the contact form below. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and if applicable MODIFICATIONS. 


If (24) hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
